In our counselling sessions, you will find a safe place where you are welcome. We will explore how your current or past experiences affect your present life. In creating new awarenesses I will support you in discovering how to change challenging patterns, unhealthy thinking and improve your relationships. We will work towards rediscovering your strength, expanding your resilience, and developing the self compassion and mindfulness that will support you.

ID# 2736 I am an Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who works holistically, collaboratively and values your expertise in your life. My approach is compassionate, person centred and trauma informed, incorporating modalities that include somatic’s, CBT, DBT and Mindfulness, allowing room for creative expression.

I have experience with working with Depression, AnxIety and bi-polar. I have supported people exploring their personal growth, their identity, working towards increased mental well-being and those looking for a greater sense of meaning in their life.

I will honour the resistance you may have, allowing you to explore your ambivalence without the fear of being judged. I will work with you to determine and achieve your goals, teaching you the skills that will support you in your process. I will empower you to step out of your comfort zone, to take calculated risks, and to maintain your gains.
